Introduction
Bartholomews Tutorial College is an independent educational establishment with places for no more than about 30 full-time and 10 part-time students. It is attended by both boys and girls in approximately equal numbers, the great majority of whom are British. Most are aged between fifteen and nineteen, but the College also accepts both 'mature' and younger students.
Most students come to Bartholomews to prepare for or to re-take GCSE, AS and A level examinations, but other courses offered include Oxbridge Entrance, Common Entrance, university entrance preparatory courses and undergraduate support.
Whilst most of our students attend on a full-time basis, we also accept part-time students, including some for additional 'top-up' tuition, whilst attending school elsewhere.
College facilities include tutorial and seminar rooms, science laboratories, a quiet study room, careers room and reference library, and a students' common room. Computer, internet, word processing and photocopying facilities are available to all students, without charge, and all of Bartholomews' students are entitled to NUS membership.
